“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.” Ecclesiastes 9:10 NKJV
It’s what you do with what you have that can count for eternity.
God asked Moses, “What is that in your hand?” Exodus 4:2 NKJV
What was in Moses’ hand was a rod. God told Moses to throw it down, and it turned into a serpent. “…and Moses fled from it. Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Reach out your hand and take it by the tail’ (and he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand), ‘that they may believe that the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.'” Exodus 4:3-5 NKJV
God continued to use Moses and the rod to lead his people.
Hosanna Highway shares God’s involvement from creation to the fall, judgment, the Promise, and the Lamb of God.
“…John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, ‘Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!'” John 1:19 NKJV
When Christ followers Paul and Silas were asked the question: “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”, they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Acts 16:30-31)
“Telling the Truth, so that you may believe.” (John 19:35 NKJV)
The TTT vision: Every youth to hear the Gospel with an invitation to “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,” before turning 20.
From February 5, 1966 forward, TTT Christian Youth Ministries continues to use every means and media possible to share the message “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” Telling The TRUTH to/through teenagers – every Saturday night and between Saturdays, the message is heard and seen on billboards; messages aired daily on 63 radio stations and podcast, available anywhere, anytime. God’s ABCs of salvation present a copy of the billboard on the front cover and are offered to radio listeners and others to share with friends and family.
“Together” newspaper columns are published each weekend in six local communities, also available as a blog at TTTChristianYouth.org, and always carry the “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” message.
TIGER*Team IMPACT! evangelistic youth efforts go with the Gospel to local communities across the tri-state through Fair Share and other youth evangelism endeavors.
Every Fair Share tent prominently displays reproductions of the billboard on banners, and every bottle of cold water freely offers the message “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.”
“And the word of the Lord was being spread throughout all the region.” Acts 13:49 NKJV
TTT donates 10 percent all general fund income to Motorcycle Sunday School Missions in Brazil, and other evangelistic missions and ministries.
Leading Youth peer evangelism training is to happen Saturday, March 9, April 13, May 11, and June 8. Jesus stated the need: “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38 NKJV
Jerry Falwell used the “saturation evangelism” concept – using every means, every place, every available time to reach every possible person with the Gospel – as he launched Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia and from that base founded Liberty University, which has become one of the largest and leading evangelical institutions to “train champions for Christ.”
In 1996, Craig Groeschel with his wife Amy started Life.Church in Edmond, Oklahoma, and were soon joined by Bobby Gruenewald, who is now CEO of YouVersion and “Innovation Leader.” YouVersion has become the most downloaded mobile Bible app in history. They make all their innovative digital ministries available free of charge, stating, “You cannot out give God.” Life.Church has grown to be one of the largest churches in America, with 44 locations across the United States. Last Easter, combined attendance at all their locations totaled 100,000 in person.
Groeschel and Gruenewald have grown their congregation and ministry with a simple goal: “to use any method ‘short of sin’ to share the Gospel.”
March 16, the Hosanna Highway thrust at TTT (in person and online) is to be John 3:16 NKJV: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” And God willing, it is to be TTT’s 3033rd consecutive Saturday.
The “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” billboards – “roadside missionaries” – include a color photo of youth carrying unfurled faith flags.
“You have given a banner to those who fear You, that it may be displayed because of the truth.” Psalm 60:4 NKJV
