“Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me …” Psalm 43:30 NKJV
“The Psalms range over the whole gamut of human emotions … They were all written for us in the consciousness of, and in the sense of, the presence of God … In every one of these Psalms – from the first to the last, whatever the particular tone, whether major or minor – the singer is conscious of God. That gives peculiar character to the Book of Psalms.” In his book “The Life of David: Man of Valor, Man of Grace,” Charles Swindoll shared this quote from G. Campbell Morgan.
Charles Hutchinson Gabriel wrote: “Send the light, the blessed Gospel light, let it shine from shore to shore. There’s a call comes ringing o’er the restless wave: send the light, send the light. There are souls to rescue, there are souls to save … Let us pray that grace may everywhere abound … and a Christlike spirit everywhere be found, Send the light, send the light.”
Jesus said, “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19 NKJV
In “Building Dynamic Faith,” Jerry Falwell wrote: “Praying with others is one of the great ways to develop life-changing faith. Jesus said if two agreed together, they would get their prayer answered. You plus others is always better than you alone. Without prayer partners, I’m convinced there wouldn’t be a Liberty University. What God has done for me, He has done with the help of many others. When you agree in prayer with another, you begin to share the other person’s heart and the other person’s faith. Actually, praying with another to remove mountain obstacles means you exercise your own faith. Praying with another will strengthen your faith. Also, you can receive strength when you agree in prayer with your prayer partner. He or she can give you courage or boldness to pray confidently. And when the other person prays with faith, that will strengthen your faith. And isn’t that what you want, stronger faith to fulfill your life purpose?”
On the 7th and 27th of every month, about 350 prayer partners receive the TTT 7:27 Prayer Update –
This year’s theme: “Give the Light” is the focus every Saturday night, and the purpose of every ministry of TTT. “For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness who has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:6 NKJV
It was a blessing to have TTT alumnus and board member Stan Diekmann with us in person June 7, and for him to share his story of being the first teenager to respond to the Gospel on the TTT property, in the summer of 1966.
February 7, 2026 is to be, God willing, TTT’s 60th birthday. As we celebrate 60 years of God’s faithfulness, we’re inviting alumni to “Share your story.”
TTT’s continuing mission: “Telling The TRUTH to/through teenagers … to win them to Christ and train them for Christ … teaching them how to share their faith through their local churches, on their campuses, throughout their communities, and into their world, wherever God leads them in their future.”
Please keep praying for those who are and will be participating with TTT Saturday nights, in person and online (livestream / on demand), and especially that more will be able to attend in person.
Every Saturday night, the Gospel is clearly presented with an invitation to personally “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,” and a challenge issued for believers to prayerfully share God’s ABCs of salvation with others.
Please pray with us for at least 25 students and adults to participate in Leading Youth evangelism training Saturday, June 14 (and/or June 28) … and to be willing and available to be “laborers in His harvest” this summer with Fair Share.
July 7 through August 1, God willing, Fair Share teams will go to 10 county fairs and street festivals, sharing God’s Good News with hundreds of individuals through tent banners, Bibles, bottles of cold water with the “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” message, God’s ABCs, and one-on-one sharing.
At 3:33 PM every day, my daughter Tami and I pray together, in person or by phone, on the basis of Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV – “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know” – for the vision to reap results: Every youth, before turning 20, to hear the Gospel with an invitation to “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.”
