“But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.” Galatians 3:22 NKJV
Warren W. Wiersbe comments: “A thoughtful person can’t help but ask, ‘What’s going on here? Is God contradicting Himself?’ Paul revealed his deep insight into the ways and purposes of God. He did not say that the law contradicts the promise, but rather that it cooperates with the promise in fulfilling the purposes of God. While law and grace seem to be contrary to one another, if you go deep enough, you will discover that they actually complement one another. The law was not given to provide life. The law was given to reveal sin. The law was given to prepare the way for Christ.”
Where are you physically today? Where are you spiritually? Have you been born again? When did you make the decision to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ?
“The Lord came to Jeremiah a second time, while he was still shut up in the core of the prison, saying, … ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:1, 3 NKJV
Wherever you are, you can call to the Lord and He will answer you.

Earl Radmacher wrote about the believers at Philippi: “There must have been very few Jews in Philippi because the city did not have a synagogue, and in first-century Judaism it took only ten Jewish men to justify building a synagogue. The Jews who did live in Philippi went outside the city gate to the banks of the Gangites River for worship and prayer. Philippi was a culturally diverse Roman city on the main highway (the Egnatian Way) from the eastern provinces to Rome, and the church at Philippi had a diverse group of believers … three different races, three different social ranks, and probably three different religious loyalties before encountering Christ.”
In his book “The Cause within You,” Matthew Barnett says: “Build your team to change the world. Fulfilling your cause will almost certainly require you to work in cooperation with many other people. Most of them will be role-players – people who work with you for a brief time.”
Building the TTT team, my daughter Tami Dooms, TTT president, reminds that the real goal and result is: “Christ through you can change the world.”
On the 7th and 27th of each month, about 350 TTT prayer team partners receive a “7:27 prayer update” via email from Tami.
Key TTT Team members, co-laboring consistently with Tami and me, invest their time and talents in varied capacities. Carol Youngs provides administrative assistance, Jeff Mobley serves as “facilitator of first impressions,” and Steve Forister is focusing on ministry connections. They, along with several others, work together with us to help TTT Saturday nights happen week by week.
And we are prayerfully preparing for this summer’s Fair Share evangelistic outreach, with teams of students and adults going with the Gospel to county fairs and street festivals. From late June through mid-August, there are at least 15 possible counties for Fair Share 2025. The major need is for connections with pastors, youth leaders, and students willing to receive evangelism training, and available to go to one or more fairs this summer.
Leading Youth evangelism training is available at TTT April 12, May 10, and June 14 in preparation for Fair Share. Scholarships have been provided for students and adult leaders, providing materials, evening meal, snacks, TTT NKJV Bible, copies of God’s ABCs, and more. More information is available from TTT (Call 812-867-2418, Email: info@tttchristianyouth.org, or visit www.tttchristianyouth.org)
Wherever you are, when you place your faith in Jesus Christ, your promise is eternal life.
