“And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may believe.” John 19:35 NKJV
To realize the vision: “Every youth, before turning 20, to hear the Gospel with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,” requires pursuing and implementing the mission: Telling The TRUTH to / through teenagers; to win them to Christ and train them for Christ; teaching them how to share their faith through their local churches, on their campuses, throughout their communities, and into their world, wherever God leads them in their future.
The vision/mission strategy can begin with just one individual, who has believed on Christ and is willing to share his or her faith, to be trained in youth evangelism.
When the strategy is expanded in every way – prayer team to “pray without ceasing” for participants: students ages 10 to 19, adult volunteers to transport them to and from the TTT Christian communication center, and donors who will provide the resources necessary – the mission happens.
TTT presents a Biblical worldview at 7:27 PM every Saturday night, in person (13000 US Highway 41 North at Boonville New Harmony Road, 4 miles north of Evansville Airport / 4 miles south of Interstate 64) and online (livestream and later on demand: www.TTTChristianYouth.org and TTT’s Facebook page).
On the second Saturday each month, beginning January 13, youth evangelism and leadership training is scheduled, with scholarships available. The thrust January 13 is “Know the Truth” – “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 NKJV
Participants are encouraged to use every means and media to accomplish Acts 13:49 NKJV: “And the word of the Lord was being spread throughout all the region.”
God willing, the 3027th consecutive Saturday and TTT’s 58th birthday is to be February 3, 2024. “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV
With the world in constant turmoil, the need is greater now than ever to obey Jesus’ Great Commission: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15 NKJV
God’s Word says: “In the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.” 2 Timothy 3:1-4 NKJV
“And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” John 3:19-21 NKJV
Watching breaking news, it is astonishing as story after story surpasses the evidence of evil that seemingly was just shared.
But the Bible says: “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2 NKJV
The urgency of the vision gets greater day by day. The need is to reach and teach teenagers with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and prepare them to “stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always” gets more urgent hour by hour. (Ephesians 6:10-18 NKJV)
Our goal is to continue Telling The TRUTH, so that you may believe. Will you “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” personally, and join us in inviting others to believe?
